food products in your refrigerator. Freezing
coffee can also have a damaging effect, and we do
not recommend this practice unless you will not
use-up your supply of coffee for a prolonged

be stored in a clean, dry, airtight container, in

were granted the right to go to the polls and
vote.
The women were innocent and
defenseless, but they were jailed
nonetheless
for picketing the White House, carrying signs
asking for the vote. So if you haven't
registered to vote in this election.
Think about what these women did to
make a better world for you . If you could
meet them tomorrow would they be proud for these
sacrifices?. It's your RIGHT , thanks to

History Of Karaoke
 WORD ORIGIN
: The Japanese word "karaoke" is now listed not
only in Japanese dictionaries but also in the
latest edition of The Oxford English Dictionary
published in England, one of the most
distinguished and formal English dictionaries,
proving the word has become common throughout the
world. Karaoke is a typical form of
entertainment for Japanese business people; they
drop into a bar with colleagues after work, have a
drink, and enjoy singing popular songs to the
accompaniment of karaoke. Karaoke has been
entertaining people ever since its invention 20
years ago, and has become firmly established in
Japanese society, going far beyond just a
temporary boom. Now you can sing Karaoke
with us 3 nights a week. Wed Fri and Sat.

Eat more fruits and vegetables.
Medical science reminds us every
day that good
nutrition and
good health go hand in hand, especially when it
comes to the health benefits of eating fresh, aw
fruits and vegetables. Researchers continue
to find elements in fruits and vegetables -
vitamins and other antioxidants, phytochemicals,
minerals, enzymes, and fiber - that seem to
strengthen our immune systems, impede the
development of degenerative diseases like cancer
and heart disease, and further contribute to

suggests that If we know better, why don't we eat
better? "It's too hard." Buying and preparing 5-9

Fresh and Unfixed
There is Only NOW
 It can be easy
for us to walk through the world and our lives
without really being present. While dwelling on
the past and living for the future are common
pastimes, it is physically impossible to live
anywhere but the present moment. We cannot step
out our front door and take a left turn to May of
last year, any more than we can take a right turn
to December 2010. Nevertheless, we can easily miss
the future we are waiting for as it becomes the
now we are too busy to pay attention to. We then
spend the rest of our time playing "catch up" to
the moment that we just let pass by. During
moments like these, it is important to remember
that there is only Now.

A New Earth -Eckhart
Tolle
 I'm reading this
book right now. It is an amazing Read. If you are
tired of allowing your life to be run by that
little voice in your head called your Ego, Learn
how to tell it to hush and hear the stillness of
now. Wanna know why some things push your
buttons more than others and suddenly it's like
you become another person and hate yourself later
for "losing" it. Well this book is about
creating a new earth and if you think you are
ready to find the peace within get the book and
email your feedback and we'll publish them next
month in the newsletter.
