Helpful
hints and things to know:
Ø
Parties are 2 hours with 30 min before and 30 min after for
guest arrival and departure. (Total 3 hours)
Ø
Special custom designed cakes are custom quoted
Ø
Personal cakes and other food items are not permitted
Ø
A deposit of 25% is required to secure your room and
is non-refundable
Ø
We do not book parties during normal karaoke hours
Ø
All parties are booked with the owner Cindy Pitts Gilbert.
Ø
Employees are not authorized to book events to reduce
possible miscommunication
Ø
Package pricing is all inclusive
Ø
The building is historic please do not bring any items that
can cause damage or are difficult to clean up. (ie. glitter boa/feathers glue,
beads etc.)
Ø
Children are required to stay in the party room unless
accompanied by a parent.
Ø
Packages include 1room only purses packages and guests must
remain in the room reserved. Additional
rooms can be rented based on time of day book.
Ø
Some of your guests family may want to stay, which could
result in additional costs for you. If you don't want them to stay a polite hint
on the invitation is advised
